Standing Rib Roast

See!  We're not slackin this summer.  (Well, I'm slacking some on the blog, but something is better than nothing.)

Something for us to snack on while the roast cooks.

 

I decided to cook some potatoes and cauliflower with the roast.

I got the temperature good and hot.
